We were pleased
to highly recommend Advanced Filter and Mechanical for Heat Pump
installation.
They were the
most complete and comprehensive bidder. Though all of the bids
we got were competitive, these people were licensed, bonded,
they made sure to have all of the appropriate permits and
inspections. Of all the bidders, Advanced Filter and Mechanical
was the most comprehensive in their pre-selection work with us.
When the job
began, they were on time daily, and worked virtually non-stop
for the duration of the project. At every point our preferences
were solicited and followed.
We were clear
from the bidding process which things were our responsibility
and which were theirs. They were especially helpful doing
little extras that made our jobs easier.

Starting with a visit to your display at a recent Tacoma home
show and culminating with your work at our home, it has been a
relief to have a company with your integrity and qualifications
do the job. You were courteous and quite informative at
the home show; your visits to our home were professional.

prompt in getting back to us. On the day the work was to
be performed your crew arrived a the time you stated, this was
appreciated. You employees were patient and courteous in

enjoyed looking in on them from time to time as the work was
being done and got quite an education on the mechanics of how a
Heat Pump works. When the work was done and the job
completed, what a sincere pleasure it was to see for the first
time, my eight year old furnace and electric air cleaner
standing level, I was quite impressed with the installation of
the Heat Pump, new electrical, and new duct work. All of
the work your crew performed in our home was clean, neat and
orderly in appearance. It was quite evident that a crew of
