Dear Dr. Lewis and staff
I recently brought my puppy Jasper to you to be neutered. I
wanted to tell you how pleased I was with the professionalism
and courteousness of your staff, as well as how pleased i was
with Jasper's surgery. His sutures were barely visible. It
looked as if he only had a scratch and it is completely healed.
I really appreciated the call after his surgery, as well as a
follow up on the following Monday just to check on him. I live
about two hours from your office, but it was well worth the
trip. I will continue to use your offices for all of his needs.

Dr. Lewis,
I had called you about 11:30pm on Thursday (Sept. 29)
evening about my cat, Yoshi, getting sprayed in the face by a
skunk. I want to let you know that he is doing fine - The
mixture (baking soda, hydrogen
peroxide, and dawn) you suggested worked great! After his bath
he
stopped running around crazy, foaming at the mouth and his eyes
cleared up. I was so relieved.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Lewis and his
staff for the excellent care which was provided to my puppy,
Tank. As of this afternoon, Tank is finally back to his old
self and I owe that to the amazing surgical and medical
skills of Dr. Lewis. Tank is the first pet that I've ever
had and we have become extremely close. Every day I become
more amazed at his intelligence and how faithful he has
become. He has really brightened up my days here at the
house as I am closing in on my retirement date of 31
October. Dr. Lewis, I am deeply indebted to you for all that

We had to made the very tough decision to have our 13 yr.
old dog, Bingo, put to rest. This was a horrible time for my
family, especially my son. He had bingo from the time he was
3, and losing him was very hard. Your staff was so kind and
thoughtful during this horrible time. They made us as
comfortable as possilbe and gave us whatever we needed.

I had my Australian Shepherd's (Josie) front leg stitched on
Thursday 7-14. Overnite she pulled all the stitches out. I
had another appointment on Friday and Doc Lewis stitched her
once again. I also purchased a halo to keep her from
repeating her stitch removal. Going in to the 2nd
appointment I was planning on paying the same ammount as the
first. When I recieved my bill, I was only charged for the
halo. I would like to send Doc Lewis and your entire staff a
huge thank you! I've been very pleased with the care you
have given Josie. Lewis Vet. Clinic is the only place I'll
be taking my animals.

Just a quick note to say thank you very much for first puppy
check up you performed on our dog, Tank. Your
professionalism and knowledge about our dog was all we
needed to consider you Tank's "Doctor for Life". Plus I'd
like to extend a "well done" to your staff. The young lady
who spent extra time with my wife and I going over our dog's
needs and necessities was above and beyond what I expected.

I'm Brenna Hill. My mother is Dori Eck and has Fibi and
Benny that see Dr. Lewis. I had a sick puppy last week and
don't normally see anyone in your clinic, but you all were
wonderful enough to see my dog, Zoe, less than a few hours
after we called to see if you'd take her in... I just wanted
to say thank you so very much for seeing her on such short
notice and being so wonderful with her! It truly means the
world to me that you all were willing to schedule an
appointment for her... She had a nasty infection and the
meds she was given by Dr. L have taken care of it and she's
doing great! Thank you so much for your kindness and have a
wonderful holiday season! |

 Dear
Dr. Lewis, Dr. Teribury, and the veterinary staff, It has
been almost a year since we first brought Zorro in to see you.
He is our very large brindle greyhound who had an immune disease
and lyme disease. He was so sick that we thought he would
not pull through. He spent a couple days in your animal
hospital also . I will never forget coming to visit him
seeing him hooked up to an IV. I am elated to report that
he is doing very WELL!! He has been back to his old self,
running and playing and chasing rabbits in the yard I wanted to
thank all of you for the superb care that you gave him!
Many of you gave him very direct care and attention during those
months, and we are so very grateful for your efforts. Dr.
Teribury there were times that you called us at night and on
some weekends to check on his progress. I have never known
another veterinary doctor to take such active interest in an
animal patient We are so appreciative to all of you for working
so hard to save his life! Words cannot express our
gratitude. So, here is a recent picture of Zorro to show how
well he is. THANK YOU!!!

I just wanted
to let everyone know, especially Dr. Lewis and Dr. Terribury, that
Iris is doing extremely well. I want to thank the Doctors for
doing such a great job. Iris is such a wonderful addition to
our family and we are so grateful to have her. I am attaching
some pictures demonstrating Iris' gratitude.
